For decades, Derrick Sammons, NP, and Toni Hodson, APRN, have cared for families across Northwest Florida. Their combined experience spans local emergency rooms, hospital units, geriatric clinics, and nursing homes. Across these settings, patients often told them, “I wish you were my primary care provider.”
They wanted to build a practice where personal attention and a lasting relationship with each patient could come first. Direct Primary Care gave them the freedom to focus on unhurried visits and care shaped around their patients, rather than the pressures of insurance billing.
At the Pace office, Derrick and Toni bring that approach to the community they serve. Their goal is to make members feel known, heard, and supported by two clinicians who are invested in their well-being.
